mail" because you sent it through the U.S. Postal Service. We accept credit card payments via PayPal,
checks by FAX,
and of course you can send your payment to us via U.S. Mail.

There is a 2.9% handling fee for credit cards or a $5.00 fee for eCheck to use the PayPal payment option. This fee will be
subtracted from the amount of your payment.

To make a payment by
FAX, simply fill out your check completely and fax it to us. We will
reprint your check and deposit it just as if you had mailed it to us. |

Please Note...
There is a service fee of $35 for any check
returned "NSF" or for any
other reason.
In the event of a check returned "NSF", your account may be placed on a "Cash Only" basis for an undetermined
period and services
may also be discontinued until satisfactory payment
